If you will be sending books for this author to sign, they should be included with the exhibit materials for the hosting publisher/rep. All books must be shipped to our warehouse (per carton drayage charge) and each carton needs to be marked with the exhibitor's name. An author may save this fee by bringing their own books to the exhibits.

You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and labels.

DO NOT SHIP BOOKS DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL. They may refuse the shipment.
