Cancellations

Cancellations or changes must be submitted via email to travel@simplygetaways.net We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.Travel insurance is not included in your trip package but is highly recommended. To protect your investment against unexpected events like cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays, we strongly encourage purchasing Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. This option provides the most flexibility and peace of mind.For best coverage, CFAR insurance should be purchased immediately after your initial deposit.You are responsible for securing your own policy and reviewing all coverage details. After booking, travel insurance can be added on through Margartiaville's Cruise Control Portal.Please note that Simply Getaways and Events is not responsible for any losses resulting from a lack of insurance coverage. By making payment you acknowledge that you are responsible for purchasing the insurance that best fits your needs. All payments made to Simply Getaways and Events are nonrefundable and all cancellations are processed through the cruise line based on their cancellation policy. Note: Failure to make payment based upon the schedule set forth in your invoice will result in cancellation. You must ensure that your roommates are making payments on time as well otherwise your booking is subject to cancellation. (All payments for the cruise fare is due in full by December 15, 2026. All payments for the Spring Break All Access Pass is due in full by February 15, 2027.)
🛂 Travel Documents (U.S. Citizens)

✔ Valid Passport that is valid for at least six (6) months after your cruise ends.

OR

✔ Government-Issued Birth Certificate + Valid, Unexpired Government-Issued Photo ID

✔ Travel documents must match the name and date of birth on your reservation exactly

🚨 If traveling with a passport: Passport must not expire before October 2027.

🚨If traveling with a birth certificate: Adults and Children ages 16 and over must carry a government-issued photo ID such as a state ID or provincial driver's license in addition to an original government-issued birth certificate as outlined above.

🚨Birth Certificates from the following US territories are acceptable Guam, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico birth certificates issued after July 1, 2010 only).

🚨When traveling with a minor where one or both parents/legal guardians are not cruising, the guest must present at check-in a completed Parental / Legal Guardian Release and Consent Form (the “Consent Form”) authorizing the minor to travel with the guest. Gratuities are additional and are automatically added to your stateroom account during your voyage:

$22.00 per person, per night for nonsuites.

Pregnant Guests:

Pregnant guests who enter the 24th week of pregnancy before or at any time during the cruise will not be allowed to sail. Pregnant guests who will not enter the 24th week before or at any time during the cruise must bring a letter from their attending physician certifying that their gestational status is in accordance with this policy and that the expecting mother is fit to sail.

Age Restrictions:

The lead passenger must be at least 18 years old.
