Thank you for your interest in becoming food truck vendor for the 2026 Holiday Soul Nutcracker Market. The Market date is Friday November 6th and Saturday, November 7th at The Bayou City Event Center, located at 9401 Knight Road, Houston, TX 77045.

VENDOR NOTE:

Applications are accepted through October 15, 2026. A Non-refundable $50.00 application fee is due at time of submission. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Market. You will be notified within 14 business days after application submission, if you are selected for the market. If selected for the market, you will receive more detailed information regarding event day logistics. Please email info@myholidaysoul.com for assistance or any additional questions.
About the Market

The 2026 Holiday Soul Nutcracker Market will offer a Two-Day Shopping experience like no other! The Market will feature a diverse group of merchants offering home and holiday décor, gifts, clothing, food, and unique items, highlighting the culture and lifestyle of communities of color. We are currently in search of quality, Food Trucks that offer diverse, cultural food options for our patrons on the day of the Market. Food trucks that will highlight the culture and traditions meaningful to communities of color. We want to provide a space for Black-owned Food Trucks to thrive and get their names out to our community.

Vendor fee is $500 per truck for 2 days. Fee will be invoiced to you upon acceptance into the market.
I understand that electric and water will not be provided and I must provide my own generator.
Market Hours are Friday, November 6, 2026 from 12 pm- 8 pm and Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9am-5pm.
Acceptance Terms:

Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their spot. Once vendor fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media pages and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
