Transportation Relief Form

Applications for the 2026–27 season are now open and will close on Friday, March 26, 2027. Reimbursement awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available. All applicants will be notified of their status at least four weeks before their selected performance date, regardless of whether they are selected. Schools that receive reimbursement will have one week to accept or decline the reimbursement offer. Because funding is limited, submitting an application does not guarantee reimbursement.

Please acknowledge that the Center for the Arts will provide a maximum reimbursement of $250 per school bus for a single school matinee field trip. The Center will reimburse for mileage from the school location to the Center via the most direct routing, regardless of the route travelled.
Please acknowledge that the Center for the Arts will not reimburse cancellation fees, any transportation which does not visit the Center for the Arts to attend a scheduled school matinee, or for visits to locations other than the Center for the Arts. Any of the above costs will be the responsibility of the individual school. The Center for the Arts will reimburse for actual driver time and direct routing costs only.
As a condition of receiving subsidized transportation, please acknowledge that each teacher involved in the school matinee field trip must complete a short, post field trip online survey.
