I acknowledge that participation in cycling activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, equipment failure, and environmental conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any Cycling NWT sanctioned events, programs, or recreational rides.
I agree to release and hold harmless Cycling NWT, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
