Join us for the 10th Annual Operation Warm: Delaware – Sam’s KIDS Camping Out for Coats!
This year, we’re celebrating a major milestone with a NEW campsite in Center Field at Frawley Stadium! As we prepare to welcome campers, families, and friends from across the community, we’re looking for volunteers to help us bring our campsite to life and make this special event a success.
Event Load-In & Set-Up
Help us build our campsite! Volunteers will assist with unloading event supplies and equipment, setting up camper tents, decorating the Campers Lounge, arranging event areas, and other general set-up needs.
Parking Support & Event Ambassadors
Help us welcome our campers and guests to Frawley Stadium! Volunteers will assist with directing vehicles to designated parking areas, greeting attendees, and guiding foot traffic into the stadium and campsite.
Event Breakdown & Clean-Up
Help us wrap up another successful Camping Out for Coats! Volunteers will assist with breaking down tents, folding and organizing tables and chairs, cleaning the campsite, collecting trash, and organizing supplies and equipment for loading onto our trucks.
Thank you for volunteering your time to help us warm up kids in our community!
