As the parent or legal guardian of the participant named below, I acknowledge the inherent risks involved in cycling activities. I give permission for my child to participate in Cycling NWT sanctioned events and programs and understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my child’s safety, appropriate equipment, and readiness.
I hereby release Cycling NWT, its staff, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
