WARRANTY TERMS BELOW
All AireForce Quantum Mach2 systems include a standard limited warranty of 5 years on parts and 7 years on the compressor from the original date of purchase.
When installed in a residential application and registered within 90 days of installation, the warranty is upgraded to an extended limited warranty providing 7 years of parts coverage and 12 years of compressor coverage for the original homeowner.
If ownership of the equipment changes at any time or the system is installed in a commercial or industrial application, warranty coverage reverts to the standard 5-year parts and 7-year compressor limited warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only to failures determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect. All warranty claims must be diagnosed by a factory-authorized, EPA-certified contractor and approved by AireForce.
Products may be registered online through the AireForce warranty registration portal. Registered systems receive warranty coverage beginning on the original installation date. Systems that are not registered will have warranty coverage begin on the date of manufacture.

AireForce Mach2 Quantum Limited Warranty Conditions
The AireForce Mach2 Quantum Limited Warranty applies only when all of the following conditions are met:
To qualify for the extended residential warranty, the product must be registered online or by submitting a completed warranty registration within 90 days of the original installation date. In jurisdictions where warranty registration requirements are prohibited by law, registration is not required, and the extended residential warranty will apply automatically.
If the original installation date cannot be verified, the Limited Warranty period will begin 90 days after the product's manufacturing date, as determined by the unit's model and serial number.
For subsequent owners, the Limited Warranty coverage shown in the warranty schedule for subsequent ownership will apply without additional registration.
For commercial or other non-residential applications, the Limited Warranty coverage shown in the warranty schedule for non-residential installations will apply without additional registration.
The equipment must be installed as part of an approved AireForce system pairing and operated within a complete HVAC system.
The complete system must be installed, serviced, and diagnosed by a factory-authorized, EPA-certified contractor in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes. All installation work must follow the procedures outlined in the applicable AireForce installation manuals. Warranty repairs must also be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor. Failure to comply with these requirements may void warranty coverage, result in failed inspections, or create unsafe operating conditions.
All AireForce equipment must be operated and maintained in accordance with the applicable owner's manual and must not be subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation.
The unit's factory identification label, including the model number and serial number, must remain intact and legible. If this information has been removed, altered, or is unreadable, both the standard and extended warranties will be void.
AireForce reserves the right to request documentation supporting any warranty claim, including installation records, service history, maintenance records, and proof of routine annual maintenance.
Warranty coverage applies only to products installed at their original installation location. Equipment that has been relocated or reinstalled is not covered under this Limited Warranty.
Defective parts must be returned through an authorized AireForce dealer or servicing contractor before reimbursement or warranty credit, if applicable, can be issued.
AireForce electric heater accessories installed in residential applications are covered by a 5-year limited warranty beginning on the original installation date.
This Limited Warranty applies only to AireForce products installed within the United States.
AireForce is not responsible for delays in warranty service or replacement parts caused by manufacturing, shipping, supply chain disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty, except where prohibited by applicable law.
