Clone of Term 2 2026 Holiday Program - Glen North Cheltenham Kindergarten

The Glen Education Holiday Program is for kindergarten aged children 3 to 5 years living within Glen Eira, Bayside, Boroondara, Monash, Kingston, Stonnington and the surrounding communities. We operate over four weeks of the year during the term 2 and 3 holidays (excluding public holidays).

Qualified educators operate our program, and we offer a variety of engaging activities from visual art, sports, music and movement, environmental education, cooking experiences and flexible indoor/outdoor play.

Program Details

Where: Our program is held at Glen North Cheltenham Kindergarten between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm and is open to children aged 3 to 5.

Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm

When: Week 1: Tuesday 22 September, Wednesday 23 September, Thursday 24 September
Week 2: Tuesday 29 September, Wednesday 30 September, Thursday 01 October

Cost: $85 per day

Please note this is a Glen Education funded program and therefore no Child Care Subsidy (CCS) or Kindergarten Subsidy is available.
No refunds or credits for cancellations or non-attendance (including sickness or change of mind)

What to bring:

A packed lunch, snacks (no nut products please) and water
A hat and sunscreen
If your child has an Medical Action Plan which lists medication/s, please ensure you bring the medication with you (ensure the medication is NOT expired). If your child has medication stored at another Glen Education Kindergarten, this medication will not be supplied to the Holiday Care Program and you will be required to bring supplementary medication to the program

**Please note that scheduled programs may be subject to change depending on Victorian public holidays and based on the number of children enrolled in the program**

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your booking and a link to the Glen Education Family Handbook.

Please note that bookings are subject to availability and program dates may be adjusted if the minimum places have not been filled.

Terms and Conditions

Medical Action Plans and Medication:

If your child has an Medical Action Plan which lists medication/s, parents/guardians are required to bring the medication (ensuring the medication is NOT expired) to the program. Medication stored at another Glen Education Kindergarten will not be transferred to the program and will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Medical Action Plans and Medication:

I understand that I must bring my child’s medication (not expired) on the day/s of attendance in the program, and that a Medical Action Plan is required listing any medication/s to be administered by educators. If your child has medication stored at another Glen Education service, this medication will not be supplied to the Holiday Care Program, and you will be required to bring supplementary medication to the program.

Refund Policy

Once your booking is received, no refund is available.
There will be no refund where a family chooses not to send their child to the program for the maximum number of hours for which they are enrolled.

This is a Glen Education funded program and therefore - No CCS is available.

Glen Education may cancel the program if enrolment numbers are not met. If cancellation of the day occurs, families will be offered an alternative day or credit towards a future program.
