    Fundraising and Marketing Manager

    Employer: Read With Me (children’s literacy charity)
    Salary: Starting at £30,000
    Contract: Full time (35 hrs/week)
    Location: Remote, regular travel across Gloucestershire (car required)
    Reports to: Director
    Deadline: Midnight, 27 July 2026


    About the role

    • Raise income across community, events, corporates, trusts, and individual giving.
    • Lead campaigns, write grants, and report impact.
    • Create clear content for social, web, and email to grow reach.
    • Build strong relationships with funders, partners, and volunteers.
      Track results and keep the team informed.


    About you

    • Fundraising or marketing experience with proven results.
    • Strong writing and storytelling.
    • Confident creating digital content.
    • Organised, proactive, great with people.
    • Passion for children’s literacy.
