Hunter Hawks Player Development Program
Hunter Valley Football Association is excited to announce the continuation of the Hunter Hawks Player Development Program commencing October 2026, designed to provide young players additional opportunities to enhance their skills in a fun, supportive, and high-quality training environment.
Age Groups (2027 Season):
The program will cater to the following age groups for both Boys and Girls to align with the State Youth Championship Tournament Age Groups:
Age Group Year of Birth
Under 12 - 2015
Under 13 - 2014
Under 14 - 2013
Under 15/16 - 2012 & 2011
Key Details:
- Players must express interest to be invited to trial and subsequently considered for selection into the program.
- Players must be intending to register for a Hunter Valley Football Association community football club to be deemed eligible for selection for the upcoming season.
- Players selected in this program will be eligible to be selected to represent Hunter Valley Football at the 2027 Community State Youth Championships.
- Limited spaces available in each age group and gender.
- Selected players will participate in the 12-month trainng program running from October 2026 to September 2027.
- An annual program fee applies which will cover operational costs.
- We encourage all interested players to register early to avoid disappointment.
