This is where you can requests additional meterage for staff vehicles or camping. We cannot guarantee this space will be given, however we always try to accommodate trader requests.

These will be parked in the main car park - vehicles parked here can leave and return.

Please note, by submitting your interested to tade at Wychwood 2027 you agree to provide all the relevant documents and H&S certificates
ALL VENDORS
You will have valid public liability insurance?
You will have valid employers liability insurance?
You will have the relevant electrical certificates, eg PAT?
You will have the relevant Method and Risk Assessment?
FOOD VENDORS ONLY (where applicable)
You will have any relevant food safety certifications? Eg Food Safety Plan, Local Authority Registration, Food Hygiene Training
You will have the relevant GAS safe certificates?
You will have the relevant and correct fire Extinguishers that have been certified and dates (they must be renewed yearly!)
