Iowa Airshow – Fields of Thunder
Event Date: May 8-9, 2027

Interested in being a vendor with the Iowa Airshow? Provide your information below and we will follow up with opportunities.
Outdoor DISPLAY Space:

The outdoor display space will be sold on a first come first serve basis. The cost for a 10 x 10 area is $1,000 and you must provide your own tent and/or shelter. You are also required to provide your own power should you require that for your space.
Event Dates:

• Set‑up: Friday, May 7, 2027 (6 a.m.-5 p.m.) and Saturday, May 8, 2027 (6 a.m.-8 a.m.).
NOTE: All exhibitors must check in PRIOR to setting up at the Iowa Airshow – Fields of Thunder Vendor Table.

• Event hours: Saturday-Sunday, May 8-9, 2027 (8 a.m.-6 p.m.).

• Takedown: Not permitted until 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 9, 2027.
Exhibitor Responsibilities:

• Exhibitors must provide their own canopy/tent, table(s), chair(s), and any electrical equipment.

• Booths must be staffed during all event hours and must be completely set up by 8 a.m. on Saturday.

• Vehicles (except display vehicles) must be removed from the airport grounds by 8 a.m. on Saturday.
Applications, Approval, & Deadlines

• Submit completed application by Friday, March 12, 2027. Incomplete or late applications may be deemed ineligible.

• Submission does not guarantee a space. All applications are subject to review and approval.

• Successful applicants will receive a confirmation/contract and invoice. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by email.
