Money & Life Workshop - booking form

You agree:

• To be present for all sessions of the Workshop (in person or online) at the agreed time.
• To let me know in advance / as soon as possible if you think you cannot be present for any part of the workshop.
  
• To take responsibility for any and all actions that you may put in place, and emotions and feelings that may arise, as a result of the workshop. 
• To respect the confidentiality agreement we make together with other participants on the workshop that you attend.

I agree:

• To keep total confidentiality about anything and everything discussed in our workshop – in the way we discuss at the workshop. 
• To be bound by the ethical guidelines of the Association of Business Psychologists.
• To bring nice biscuits* (*does not apply to online workshops unfortunately)
• To help you, as much as I am able, gain insight and take wise, effective actions related to the most meaningful, significant and important topics that concern your life right now.

Refunds:

• If you choose not to attend the workshop for any reason two weeks or more before the start date, I will offer you a full refund or a place on a future workshop - whichever you prefer.
• If you choose not to attend the workshop for any reason less than two weeks before the start date, I reserve the right according to my discretion to either: offer you a full / partial refund; offer you a place on a future workshop; keep the payment that you have made.
• If you choose not to continue with the workshop for any reason once the workshop has started, I reserve the right according to my discretion to either: offer you a full / partial refund; offer you a place on a future workshop; keep the payment that you have made.

While I will always make every effort to deal with any cancellations in a fair and friendly way, please be aware that the Money & Life Workshop has limited spaces. If you have booked a space and then decide not to come, particularly at late notice, I may have turned other people away, and may therefore retain your fee if your place cannot be filled. Thank you for understanding.

People attend the Money & Life workshop from a wide variety of financial situations, backgrounds and life experiences. To allow a diversity of people to attend, workshop tickets are based on a choose-what-to-pay sliding scale.

A limited number of places are available for people who are unable to buy one of the tickets below. If that's you, instead of booking a ticket please complete the section AFTER this one to request a reduced place via email. I will follow up with you directly by email.
