Vendor Agreement: By checking this box, I understand and agree that I will not display, sell, or promote any items, materials, or services containing or promoting sexual or sexually explicit content, nudity, profanity, the occult, witchcraft, satanic or demonic themes, cults, illegal drugs, drug-related items, or alcohol. I understand that Mother’s Love Ministry and Poston Baptist Church reserve the right to refuse or remove any vendor or merchandise that does not align with the family-friendly, Christ-centered purpose of this event.

Vendor Agreement: By checking this box, I understand and agree that vendors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully & professionally throughout the event. Mothers Love Ministry does hold the right to ask you to leave if vendor does not do so.

Please agree that you understand that Mother’s Love Ministry and Poston Baptist Church ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items. We waive all liberty of the vendor and vendors property for this event.

Mother’s Love Ministry & PBC reserve the right to refuse or remove any vendor or merchandise that does not align with the values & purpose of this family friendly, Christ centered event.Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Mother,s Love Ministry Fall Bazaar! We are excited to have you join us for a day of shopping, fellowship, and supporting our community small businesses as well as our Ministry

Please note vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and any display equipment. Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean during the event. Spaces will be outdoors. In the case of poor weather the event may be canceled and a refund will be issued. We will be in communication closer to the event.

Items listed above are prohibited. Mother's Love Ministry and Poston Baptist Church does reserve the right to ask any vendor to remove items, or ask a vendor to leave in the case that merchandise does not align up with our values. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the property if you conduct yourself in a disrespectful inappropriate manner.
