If you lost your tickets, make sure to search under 'Pilgrim Events' first. Alternatively you can retrieve your tickets in a few clicks!

Go to this page and sign in with the email you used when ordering tickets.
If the email address is valid, you will now get an email with a unique link, valid for 60 minutes. This link will allow you to manage all orders on the email address. Click ‘Manage order’. From this screen, you will now be able to view, print or download your tickets and re-send the confirmation mail (which also includes the tickets).

If you re-send the confirmation mail, please check your spam folder.
