Tell us a little bit about your family and how a box of groceries would help you and your family.

-Once we send out the text/email, you have 24 hours to respond to confirm that you will be able to pick up the box of groceries. If you dont respond, then this will be considered an "unable to pick up" incident. We will go ahead a call the next family on the list.

-Bring photo ID when pick up under the name that you have signed up under

-Let us know right away when you are not able to come pick up the box. We will send out text messages at 11am on the day of pick up for confirmation that you are still able to pick up. If we dont hear from you by 11:30am, we will then take you off the list and contact the next family on our list. THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO CALL NO SHOW" incident.

-Even if you did not receive a text/email regarding pick up there is still a chance to receive a grocery box. Keep our phone number saved. There are times that the families are not able to pick up last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. If its your turn, we will call the number on file. We dont leave messages to await an answer since we dont have the time to wait for an answer. Please answer the phone when you see our phone number. If you cant pick up last minute, this does not count against you.

-The number of food boxes we can give out depends on the funding allocated for this project. We plan to go thru the list and start from the top.

YOUR FAMILY WILL BE TAKEN OFF THE LIST IF THE FOLLOWING OCCURS

1. Failure to follow the rules above

2.ONE no call no show

3. 2+ "unable to pick up"
