It is hereby agreed that if the Wildrose Rodeo Association and the Valleyview & Districts Agricultural Society, and the Rodeo Committee grants the Applicant entry that the undersigned will accept full responsibility, release, and save harmless the Wildrose Rodeo Association and Valleyview & Districts Agricultural Society and the Rodeo Committee from all losses, injuries and/or damages that the Applicant may suffer or receive.

In addition, the Applicant shall indemnify the Wildrose Rodeo Association and the Valleyview & Districts Agricultural Society, and the Rodeo Committee from all
losses and/or damages which the Applicant may cause to other persons or property while participating in the Crocus Hill Stampede.

NOTE: If the Applicant is under 18 years of age, then a parent or the legal guardian having custody of the Applicant must sign the application.
Photo Release:

I hereby give permission for myself and/or my child’s name and/or photograph to appear in the Crocus Hill Stampede Program and/or advertising as deemed necessary by the Crocus Hill Stampede Rodeo Committee (example- newspaper, newsletters, social media)
