Thank you for your interest in the Barrhaven Winter Craft Event. We aim to make the registration process and vendor experience as seamless as possible. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your vendor application form, paying particular attention to our payment options and craft show policies. 1. Post-Acceptance: Your spot at the event is not confirmed until you receive an acceptance email. Full payment must be submitted by the due date indicated in the email. This will secure your space. If payment is not received by the due date your space will be offered to another vendor. No exceptions will be made. 2. Payment Options: The only accepted method of payment is e-transfer. All payments are final, and refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows. 3. Space Limitations: Vendors are allocated either a 6 ft x 4ft 'SPACE' or a 12 ft x 4 ft "SPACE". This space includes enough room for your display and maneuvering space between areas. If you require additional space for extra display equipment, please request a double space. Be considerate of your neighboring vendors and do not block or encroach on their space. 4. Application Approval: The organizers reserve the right to decline any application or confirmed registration for any reason. Please note that the sale of products containing profanity is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly market, and you will be asked to remove such items from display. 5. Event Conditions: We cannot guarantee attendance or weather conditions. 6. Aggressive Behaviour: There is zero tolerance for aggressive and abusive behaviour and it will not be tolerated. You will be promptly asked to leave. 7. Show Hours: The Craft Show is open to visitors from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Vendors must keep their products on display until the end of the show at 3:00 pm. Please do not dismantle your setup before that time and disturb other vendors sales. 8. Setup and Teardown: Doors open for setup at 8:30 am. All displays must be removed by 3:30 pm. 9. Vendor Support: We value our vendors and strive to ensure you have a successful and enjoyable day at our craft show. If you have any questions, please email us at BWCE2026@gmail.com.
