North Dakota EMS Association (NDEMSA)Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Official Graphic Apparel & Merchandise Vendor. Purpose: The North Dakota EMS Association (NDEMSA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide branded apparel and promotional merchandise for its members through an online store, event sales, and inventory fulfillment. NDEMSA intends to establish a long-term partnership with a vendor that can provide quality products, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service.

NDEMSA's Minimum Requirements
·         Provide a professionally managed online store with secure ordering and include at least five (5) examples of similar online stores.

·         Offer a wide selection of branded merchandise at varying price points (budget, mid-range, and premium).

·         Ability to provide both screen printing and embroidery services.

·         Describe available ordering, shipping, and delivery options for individual members and bulk Association orders.

·         Maintain inventory of selected NDEMSA merchandise and fulfill shipment requests throughout the year.

·         Mandatory attendance and on-site merchandise sales at the annual NDEMSA Conference. Trade show registration will be provided at no cost.

·         Optional attendance at up to three (3) to four (4) regional conferences annually with complimentary trade show registration.

·         Provide graphic design support, customer service, and a designated account representative.

·         Ability to provide onsite screen printing at conference tradeshows preferred.

NDEMSA hosts an Annual EMS Assocation Conference and Trade show (late March- early April) with over 400 people in attendance. Historically, merchandise has been made available for purchase at this event. It is a requirement for the selected vendor to be present at this event (registration fee's are waived).

The Association also hosts 3-4 in-person regional conferences throughout the year.
