  • The City of Ocala Cultural Arts Division invites local dance schools, community organizations, school groups, choirs, cultural organizations, martial arts schools, theater groups, and other community performance groups to apply for participation in Cultural Arts Programs throughout the season.


    These opportunities offer a platform to showcase local talent while enriching the cultural experience for residents and visitors through engaging and accessible community performances.

  • Vendor Booth Request

  • Organizations participating as community performers may request a complimentary 10' x 10' vendor booth during the Cultural Arts Program on the day of their scheduled performance.

  • Vendor Booth Information

    • Vendor booth fees are waived for approved community performance participants.
    • Vendor booth requests are subject to availability.
    • Organizations are responsible for providing their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any additional booth equipment.
    • Organizations are responsible for staffing and operating their booth throughout the approved programming hours.

  • Application Information

  • Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are reviewed based on program availability and scheduling needs. Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. Applicants will be notified by the City of Ocala Cultural Arts Division regarding acceptance and scheduling.

  • Production Support

  • Production support varies by program and venue. Depending on the specific program and available resources, the City of Ocala may be able to provide production support.

    For programs where production support is not available, participating organizations will be responsible for providing their own equipment, music playback devices, extension cords, instruments, props, and any other materials necessary for their performance. Please coordinate your technical needs with a City of Ocala Cultural Arts staff member prior to your scheduled performance.

  • Insurance Waiver

  • All participating organizations are required to complete and submit the City of Ocala Insurance Waiver prior to participating in any Cultural Arts Program.

  • Agreement
