Our rescue dogs often come with unknown histories and may need time to adjust. Are you committed to patiently working through normal transition challenges (such as potty training, chewing, barking, or slow introductions to other pets) and reaching out to The Comeback Pack for guidance and support when needed?

We require all healthy puppies to be spayed or neutered no later than 6 months of age. Do you agree to meet this requirement? (Please note that the cost of spay/neuter is generally included in the adoption fee, and shall be governed by the terms of the adoption contract.)

The Comeback Pack adoption process generally requires an application, a phone interview, a simple video home check, a meet and greet, completion of a separate adoption contract and payment of adoption fee. The dog will remain available for adoption by other parties until completion of the process.

I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any The Comeback Pack animal adopted by me. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release, indemnify, and covenant to hold harmless The Comeback Pack and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the adopted dog. I understand that The Comeback Pack attempts to match adopters with the best fit, but the dogs are rescue dogs, and The Comeback Pack cannot guarantee the temperament of a dog. Once I have adopted the dog, I accept full responsibility for the dog's actions at all times, and release The Comeback Pack from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred as a result of adopting the dog.
