    RM450.00 for non-SGCC member 
    RM400.00 for SGCC members, and they must represent SGCC
    Inclusive of breakfast, buggy fees & SGA sanctions fees.

    Men - USGA Handicap Index 10.7/14 (Slope Rating 138 for BLACK Tee)
    Ladies – USGA Handicap Index 20.8/24 (Slope Rating 133 for RED Tee)

    All cheques must be made payable to “SABAH GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB” OR BANKED IN TO MAYBANK ACCOUNT 5101-0760-5355. Please provide/fax the bank-in slip with your name and contact as proof of payment.  

    Golfers who have not filled out the entry form can complete this online form without attaching the entry form, but a payment receipt must be attached.
