Terms, Conditions, and Release Agreement
By submitting this application, I, {q2_fullname0}, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following:
Guest Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee that I will be selected as a podcast guest. Guest invitations are made at the sole discretion of The Fruition Coalition and are based on many factors including, but not limited to, alignment with the podcast's focus, topic relevance, scheduling, diversity of perspectives, and production capacity.
Recording and Release
If I am invited to participate, I grant The Fruition Coalition the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, and otherwise use my name, likeness, image, voice, biography, and interview, in whole or in part, in audio, video, written, or promotional formats, in any media now known or later developed, without limitation or expiration. I grant The Fruition Coalition permission to create and use clips, excerpts, transcripts, captions, articles, social media content, educational resources, promotional materials, and other derivative works based on the Recording.
Editorial Discretion
I understand that The Fruition Coalition has full editorial discretion regarding the production, editing, publication, promotion, and distribution of the podcast episode. The Fruition Coalition is not obligated to publish any recording, and any edits made are at its sole discretion.
Use of Application Materials
I grant The Fruition Coalition permission to use the information, biography, photographs, website links, and other materials I submit through this application for the purpose of evaluating my application and, if selected, promoting the podcast episode and related content.
Promotion
If selected, I will receive promotional materials that I am encouraged, but not required, to share through my website, email newsletter, and social media channels to help promote the episode.
I grant permission for The Fruition Coalition to use my name, title, organization, biography, headshot, website, social media links, and other approved promotional materials to publicize the podcast episode and future promotional activities related to the podcast.
Compensation
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation, royalties, or other payment for my appearance or for the use of the recording.
Accuracy of Information
I affirm that the information I provide in this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I have the right to share any materials, stories, or intellectual property included in my interview.
Respectful Participation
I understand that The Fruition Coalition is committed to thoughtful and respectful conversations. The Fruition Coalition reserves the right to end an interview, decline to publish an episode, or remove published content if circumstances arise that are inconsistent with its values or legal obligations.
Removal Requests
Because podcast episodes may be distributed through numerous platforms, archives, downloads, and third-party services, The Fruition Coalition cannot guarantee permanent removal of published content. The Producer may, at its sole discretion, consider requests to remove or modify content but is under no obligation to do so.
Representations
I have the authority to enter into this Agreement. My participation does not violate any contractual, employment, confidentiality, or legal obligations. To the best of my knowledge, the information I share will be truthful. I will not knowingly disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to another person or organization. I am responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary for materials I choose to share during the interview.
Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge The Fruition Coalition, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, successors, licensees, and assigns from any claims arising out of the lawful use of the Recording as described in these terms, conditions, and release agreement, including claims relating to privacy, publicity, defamation (except where prohibited by law), or copyright, provided the Recording has not been materially altered in a misleading or defamatory manner. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
