Interior Furnishing/staging/decorating includes...
1. re-arranging furniture, buying new furniture, placing decor, hanging art, and setting up a space to look refreshed, new and intentional. Often done before a client lists their home for sale or a client who wishes to upgrade their current home without requiring architectural changes or material changes. This service can be tacked on to any of the services below if desires for an extra cost.
Interior Demolition and Remodeling includes...
1. Demo-ing current materiality and minor architectural changes while hiring a contracting team to replace the space with new materiality and architectural features. This service does not include final touches of furnishing and decorating.
Interior Remodeling without demolition includes...
1. The same as the service above, except the client has already demo'd the space themselves or via an outside crew.
New Build includes...
1. The client is seeking a designer to create a floor plan for a new house on a purchased lot. It requires a full team for new construction, permitting, and finishing the home up to the interior and exterior materiality. It does not include furnishing and decorating.
Full Service New Build includes...
1. The same service as the one above but this includes furnishing and decorating already tacked on. It is fully ready to be lived in once completed.
