    You must have a Texas Dept. of State Health Services permit to operate as a mobile food vendor. You also must have a recent (in the last 12 months) fire inspection with the Mont Belvieu Fire Department. (If cooking food at the park, you must be a mobile unit (food truck/trailer).

    By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree that:

    • Vendor booths are provided free of charge.
    • Booth assignments are determined by the Chambers County Veterans Association and are final.
    • I am responsible for providing my own tent, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for my booth.
    • I will arrive during the designated setup time and have my booth ready before the event begins.
    • I agree to keep my booth open for the duration of the event unless approved by the Event Coordinator.
    • I understand electricity is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
    • I agree to maintain a family-friendly display and conduct myself professionally.
    • I understand that firearms, alcohol, illegal items, offensive materials, or political campaigning are prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Chambers County Veterans Association.
    • I agree to remove all trash and leave my booth area clean.
      I release and hold harmless the Chambers County Veterans Association, the City of Mont Belvieu, sponsors, volunteers, and event organizers from any liability for injury, theft, loss, or damage to persons or property.
