Open Position - Trinity Bass Fishing, Head Coach | 2026-2027 school year
Trinity High School is seeking a Head Bass Fishing Coach for the 2026-2027 school year to lead and grow our program in alignment with the mission of forming young men of faith, character, and competitive excellence. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, including player development, culture-building, practice planning, game strategy, and supervision of assistant coaches. This role requires a leader who will establish and uphold consistent standards across the program, hold players accountable, and create a disciplined, team-first environment built on respect and responsibility. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, strong organizer, and visible presence in the school community. He will invest in the development of student-athletes both on and off the water, promote sportsmanship, and represent Trinity Fishing with professionalism and integrity. We are looking for a coach who embraces accountability, communicates clearly, and is committed to building a sustainable program — one that develops players, competes at a high level, and positively impacts the lives of our students.
