A late fee of $5 will be added to the league fee after August 22, 2025.

Season Details:

Practice assignments will be emailed on the Wednesday before the fall season begins. The registration form includes a section where you can list any scheduling conflicts, and we will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

Grades: 1st-9th grade (must turn six on or before September 1, 2025)

Fee Schedule:
$70 per participant for families with up to three children
$45 per additional child (4th child and beyond)

Fee for Additional Sport: 
$35 per individual (playing two sports: flag football and soccer)

Location: Flint Hill Baptist Church fields (230 Flint Hill Rd, Fort Mill)

Practice Schedule: Team practices are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Each team practices one day per week for one hour, with games played on Saturdays.

Practices begin the week of August 24 (practices will not be held on Labor Day, Monday, September 7). Monday practice teams will practice on Friday, September 11 [for this week only]. Due to the new school schedule, there will not be practices or games the week of October 5.

Games: games will be held on Saturdays. The game schedule will be posted soon. Closing Day will be weekdays of October 26.

Note: Practices continue once games begin.

Special Requests: We will accept special requests/conflicts until Wednesday, August 12. Note on requests: Our primary focus on scheduling is to place all family members on the same practice night when possible. Please note that we cannot accept specific time requests (for siblings to play at the same hour).

Refund Policy—Victory Sports will issue a full refund during the first week of practice and a partial refund (50%) during the second week. After the second week of practice, we cannot process any refund.

 

 

Photo Authorization

I/we authorize the VSO or its designees, to create, have and use photographs, slides, and videos containing my child's image for its record keeping or marketing/public relations programs.

Liability Release

I/we understand that there is a risk of serious injury associated with use of the VSO and partner facilities, participation in VSO programs and camps as well use of equipment. As a condition of my/my child’s participation I agree to assume the risk of injury arising from my/my child’s use of the facilities, programs, equipment and for all other matters at all VSO locations or programs whenever occurring. On behalf of myself and my heirs, administrators and executors, I hereby release and hold the VSO and its officers, partner churches, employees, volunteers, agents and contractors harmless from all such claims for injury and damage. I understand that I would not be permitted to participate in any VSO program or use any VSO or partner facility or equipment without acceptance of this agreement.
