Custom Cookie Inquiry Form

This inquiry form will help me gather all the details I need so I can bake something beautiful and sweet for you and your loved ones.

A few things to note before submitting:

Packaging: All cookies are individually packaged to maintain freshness.

Pickup: Orders are picked up on an agreed date and time in Spring, TX.

Payment Details: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your pickup date. Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle are accepted.

Rush Orders: At least a 2 weeks' notice before your event date is necessary in order to prepare cookies on time (if I have availability). Rush orders that are less than a 2 weeks' notice are subject to 20% charge to your total and require full deposit.

Freezing Cookies: If I am unavailable for your event week/weekend, you can select an earlier pickup date and freeze your cookies for up to 3 months. I will provide cookie care instructions for freezing and thawing. Designs and taste will not be affected by freezing.

Allergy Notice: Cookies are made in a kitchen that may contain common allergens like nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten
