By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the following:

- The purchase price of a Wild Peak Canines Golden Retriever puppy is $2,500, with a non-refundable $500 reservation fee required to reserve a puppy. Can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or in cash.

- Puppies are sold on limited AKC registration unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

- Female puppies must complete at least one heat cycle before being spayed, and male puppies must be at least 12 months of age before neutering, unless medically necessary and approved by Wild Peak Canines.

- Companion puppies may not be bred without prior written approval from Wild Peak Canines.

- Each puppy will go home at approximately 8–9 weeks of age after receiving dewclaw removal, age-appropriate vaccinations, routine deworming, a veterinary health examination, and a microchip registered first to Wild Peak Canines and second to the owner.

- Wild Peak Canines requires a lifetime no-questions-asked return policy and must be contacted before any puppy or dog is rehomed. No refunds will be issued for any puppy or dog returned to Wild Peak Canines, regardless of the dog's age or length of ownership.

This application is not a purchase contract. If approved, you will be required to sign the official Wild Peak Canines Puppy Purchase Contract before any puppy goes home.
