Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of available seats and the immediate access provided to course materials and resources, all enrollment payments are nonrefundable. If you are unable to participate, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future available cohort by contacting The Grand Ole Hire in writing before the program start date. Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval.

Payment-plan participants remain responsible for the full program investment according to the agreed payment schedule.
