Welcome to our Gobble and Give Big Spring Turkey Trot and Pet Walk!! This year we are raising funds for our new donor supported angel fund. What is an Angel Fund? The Angel Fund will allow us to provide free spay and neuter surgeries to help reduce overpopulation in stray cats. Since this is donor funded, owners must be able to pay the required wellness exam, FELV/FIV snap test, and a Rabies vaccine.

In consideration of my participation in the 5K Run or 1-mile Fun Run/Walk, I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
I am fully aware of the risks involved in participating in a 5K Run/1-mile and voluntarily assume all such risks.
I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in the 5K Run/1-mile walk.

Raffle Tickets
We will have a raffle of many different items after the race. Please follow us on Facebook (Highland Animal Hospital- Big Spring, TX) to see more information regarding that. Raffle Tickets will be sold at $5. You can choose to pay for raffle tickets when you register this form. You can also pay for raffle tickets by coming by the clinic or on race day.
