How soon will I receive my prescription?

If medically appropriate, prescriptions are usually sent to your pharmacy within a few hours after provider review.

What treatments are available ? Treatment with Rapid result is available as an optional add-on ($49) for eligible results including Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis, Herpes Simplex Virus 1/2, and uncomplicated UTI. A licensed provider will review your result and intake form. If medically appropriate, a prescription will be sent to your pharmacy.

Any Special Instructions ? 1. Men: Do not pee for at least an hour prior to sti testing. Women: No douching for 24 hours prior for a self-collect vaginal swab 2. Do not take high-dose Biotin supplements for 72 hours prior to testing
