Once your booking is confirmed, your selected ceremony date and time will be exclusively reserved for you and removed from availability

Please ensure you have carefully reviewed all package information before completing your booking. As your booking secures a specific date and time with multiple wedding professionals and removes availability from other couples, a cooling-off period does not apply

All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Due to the nature of this collaborative event, significant planning and coordination begin immediately following confirmation of your booking. Your reservation also prevents another couple from securing your selected ceremony time and date. If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, change of mind or inability to travel, all monies paid will be forfeited. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel and wedding insurance to protect your investment

Requests to change your ceremony date or time are not guaranteed. Where possible, we will attempt to accommodate requests however, any changes are entirely at the discretion of the vendor team and subject to availability

This event has been carefully planned for the scheduled dates. Should severe weather, dangerous conditions or circumstances outside our control affect the ceremony location, the vendor team reserves the right to relocate the ceremony, adjust timings or modify elements of the experience to ensure the safety of all parties while maintaining the highest possible standard of service. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes.

Each booking includes the couple plus a maximum of four guests. Under Australian marriage legislation, two witnesses aged 18 years or older are required to witness the marriage. If you wish to have a completely private ceremony, members of our team are happy to act as your legal witnesses at no additional cost.

Please arrive promptly at your allocated arrival time (timeline will be provided to you along with your confirmation email). Late arrival may reduce the time available for hair, makeup, photography or other inclusions to ensure the day's schedule for all couples remains on time. If you fail to attend your allocated appointment or ceremony time, your booking will be considered forfeited without refund.

By participating in this experience, you acknowledge that professional photography and video content will be captured throughout the day. Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your wedding date, you grant permission for the vendor team to use selected photographs and video footage for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer your wedding images remain private, please advise us before your wedding day.

This package includes only the services specifically listed within the package description. Additional services, guests, upgrades or custom requests are not included unless confirmed separately in writing and paid for in advance.

In the unlikely event that a vendor becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond their control, the team reserves the right to appoint an experienced replacement of a comparable professional standard.

The vendor team shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather events, road closures, accidents, pandemics, acts of terrorism or other unforeseen events. Where reasonably possible, every effort will be made to provide an appropriate alternative.
