The safety and wellbeing of all children attending is our highest priority. All children are required to be signed in upon arrival and signed out if leaving the premises. Please ensure all contact and emergency details are current and accurate. Our team members are trained in first aid and child safety procedures, and the event space will remain supervised and secure throughout the event. To help us provide appropriate care and support, please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional requirements when completing the registration form.

At Curious Lane, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for both our families and our small business, the following refund policy applies to all events held at the Curious Lane Studio.

Ticket Refunds & Transfers
More than 7 days prior to the event
Tickets are eligible for a full refund minus any booking platform fees.

Tickets may be transferred to another Curious Lane event (subject to availability).

Between 3–7 days prior to the event
Tickets are non-refundable.
A credit may be issued at the discretion of Curious Lane if your child is unable to attend due to illness or exceptional circumstances.

Within 24 hours of the event
No refunds or credits will be issued, including for change of mind or non-attendance.
