The evaluator is not responsible for defects or conditions that were not disclosed or otherwise reasonably discoverable.
Post-Sale Discovery of Undisclosed Defects
If, within a reasonable period following the completion of the sale, an inspection or repair reveals material defects or conditions that were known to the seller or that a reasonable seller should have disclosed but were omitted from this disclosure, the buyer reserves the right to request a good-faith renegotiation of the purchase price to reflect the cost of repairing or correcting those undisclosed defects. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the buyer reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting this form, you certify that you have fully disclosed all known material defects and conditions affecting the vehicle and that you have not intentionally withheld or misrepresented any material information. You understand that the buyer may rely upon this certification when deciding whether to purchase the vehicle and at what price.
