About the two cohort tracks:
Organizational Health – Learn the skills to step back from your moisad and see it as a system of its own, noticing where its energy is well spent and where it drains away, and the skills to make the whole system truly effective.
Avoda Pnimis – A guided journey inward, grounded in Chassidus, learning the skills to notice your life, unpack what it's really about, and build practices of change.
