By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that: * My application is subject to a two-stage approval process. Applications are first reviewed by Prairie Community Events and then submitted to Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport management for final approval. * Submission of an application does not guarantee a vendor space. * Vendor spaces are confirmed only after final approval has been received from both Prairie Community Events and Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport management. * If approved, payment must be received within 48 hours of final approval to secure my vendor space. Spaces are not reserved until payment has been received and may be released to another applicant if payment is not received within this timeframe. * I am responsible for providing my own tables, chairs, displays, and any equipment required for my booth unless otherwise stated. * I understand that Prairie Community Events and Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport reserve the right to curate the vendor mix to ensure a balanced and successful market. * I agree to conduct myself professionally and comply with all event rules, venue policies, and instructions provided by Prairie Community Events and Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport management. * I understand that I participate at my own risk and am responsible for my own products, equipment, and personal property. Prairie Community Events, Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport, the property owner, and event partners are not liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or unforeseen event that may affect the market. * I authorize Prairie Community Events and Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport to use photographs and videos taken during the event that may include my booth, products, business name, or logo for promotional and marketing purposes. * By submitting this application, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and that I have read and agree to the terms above.
