    To help keep everyone informed in a quick and easy manner, all members (or parents/guardians where appropriate) will be invited to join our club's WhatsApp Community.

    When you join, you'll be added to:

    The main club community, where you'll receive important club-wide news and announcements (read only). 

    Why join?
    Joining our WhatsApp Community is the quickest and easiest way to stay up to date with everything happening at the club. It allows us to share:

    • Fixture updates and changes
    • Training information and cancellations
    • Match day details
    • Club events and fundraising activities
    • Registration and payment reminders
    • Important notices, such as weather-related updates
    • Volunteer opportunities and club news
    • Celebrations, achievements, and other good news from across the club


    Using WhatsApp helps ensure information reaches members quickly, reducing the chance of important updates being missed in emails or on social media.

    The Community is designed for sharing official club information in one place, making it easy to find the updates that matter most to you without lots of unnecessary messages.

    We strongly encourage all members (or parents/guardians) to join so you don't miss important information and can stay connected with your team and the wider club.

  • Do you consent to being added to our Stourbridge Rugby WhatsApp community?
    • Section 1: Are you a player? (If No please continue to Section 2)  
    • Have you registered to play on GMS?

    • If you have selected NO please register via GMS now - without this you will not be eligable for selection for your team. (Further instructions will be sent to you by email after you have completed and paid for your membership).

    • Section 2: Do you have children playing within our M&J Section? An M&J refers to a child 16 and under (If No please continue to Section 3). 
    • Have you registered your child to play on GMS?
    • Have you registered your child to play on GMS?

    • If you have not registered your child to play on GMS please do this asap - further information on how to complete can be found at www.stourbridgerugby.com or will be sent to you by email once you have paid for your membership.

      If you have any problems with GMS contact info@stourbridgerugby.com giving us your name, address, email and date of birth, we can then check the system and find your username. 

    • Section 3: Do you wish to add an additional Social Member to your membership for £31? 

    • This is designed to allow your partner or spouse (must be living at the same address as you) to join as a Social Member of the club :

      FREE on-site Gym Membership for over 18's
      50% off ROOM HIRE
      REDUCED PRICE members tickets for our events

    • Section 4: Select and pay for your Membership 

    • PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE BELOW TO ENSURE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR THE CORRECT MEMBERSHIP:THE BENEFITS OF BECOMING A SRFC FULL CLUB MEMBER ARE AS FOLLOWS:

      • FREE on-site Gym Membership for over 18's
      • 50% off ROOM HIRE
      • REDUCED PRICE members tickets for our events
      • Voting rights in our AGM.

      In addition to those highlighted in the constitution the following membership rules apply:

      • You must be the parent or registered guardian of the child to be added to a M&J Membership. 
      • M&J refers to any child 16 years or younger. 
      • To add a social member to your membership this must be your spouse or partner, and they MUST reside at the same address as you (you may be asked to prove this). A social member will recieve all of the benefits of FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP with the exception of VOTING RIGHTS. 
      • Those holding a micro/colt or touch rugby membership are not classed as a FULL CLUB member, if you wish to receive full club membership rights please purchase a FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP. To do this:
        • If you are the parent of a COLT or MICRO and are not an adult player please select NO ADULT PLAYER FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP and 1 & M&J (or the number of M&J/Colt players you would like added to your membership),
        • If you are an adult player please select FULL CLUB MEMBERSHIP and 1 & M&J (or the number of M&J/Colt players you would like added to your membership).
      • Only FULL CLUB (Playing or Non Playing Members) will receive the £30 bar credit - this offer is not applicable to those paying in instalments, for colts/touch or micros membership or additional social members.
