Location: Parking Lot

This area is designated for vendors selling fresh produce, food products, baked goods, consumables, and handmade or handcrafted items.

🎈 Family Fun Zone
Location: Grassy Field

The grassy field will feature the event's bounce houses, carnival games, crafts, face painting, and other children's activities. Vendors who prefer to set up in the grassy area may select this location during registration.

Event Information

Please review and agree to the following vendor requirements and acknowledgments.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for providing my own tent, table, and chairs unless I selected an available rental option. I also understand that, for safety, my tent must be secured with a minimum of 25 pounds of weight on each leg throughout the event.
I have read and understand the event setup and arrival times. I agree to arrive on time, be fully set up before the event begins, remain open for the entire event, and follow the event guidelines to help make the day enjoyable for everyone.
Recommended Field Area Engagement ActivityVendors selecting the grassy field area are encouraged to provide a child-friendly activity or interactive experience at their booth. This helps create a fun and engaging atmosphere for families, enhances the overall event experience, and encourages attendees to visit your space.

Vendor space is available for businesses, crafters, artisans, retailers, service providers, and specialty vendors offering products or services. This space does not include nonprofit organizations or food trucks.
