  • Given the current absence of viable new income streams, at this stage, the strongest immediate opportunities appear to be increasing and repricing covered storage, formalizing service fees, and expanding structured storage use of existing land.

    To this end, the Committee invites you to voice your opinion as to the financial path forward envisaged by you.

    Your contribution now is most important as it will enable the current Committee to evaluate future options and formulate recommendations for the AGM for Members approval and therefore establish a clear direction/mandate for the 2027 Committee to follow.

    Open Yard: $150 per year (cars, caravans, boats)
    Under Cover: $250 per year (cars only)

    Current Commercial Storage Rates in the Bega Valley
    Open Yard -
    Motor Vehicle $1700 per year
    Caravan up to 8m - $2200 per year
    Large Motor Home - $2700 per year

    Under Cover -
    Motor Vehicle $2800 per year
    Caravan up to 8m $4200 per year
    Large Motor Home $5400 per year
