Please read the Terms and Conditions:

1. Kriya Yoga Refund Policy: Cancellations received by the cutoff date (Sep 22, 2026) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after the cutoff date are not eligible for a refund.
2. MINIMUM AGE POLICY: Attendees must have completed 14 years as of the retreat start date to register.
3. Only registered attendees will be allowed at the event site during the retreat.
4. CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY: Please note that children under 14 years will not be allowed on the property during the retreat and we request you to make appropriate arrangements for child care during your participation.
5. Minors and assigned guardians: When a minor is registered for a retreat, the person submitting the registration form must be the minor’s parent or legal guardian. All communications and any information related to the minor’s participation will only be sent to the email address of the person who submits the form.
6. Registrations are non-transferable for this retreat. The attendee’s full name and date of birth in the registration must match exactly as shown on their valid government-issued photo identification. These details will be verified at check-in; if they do not match, attendees registration may result in cancellation.
7. Blossom Foundation NJ retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
8. Retreat fee includes program attendance and all meals during the retreat.
9. Retreat fee does NOT include travel or hotel arrangements.
10. NO SHOW POLICY: If an attendee does not show on day 1 of the retreat, this is deemed as a forfeiture of the entire registration fee and Blossom Foundation NJ retains the entire fee.
11. Blossom Foundation NJ is not liable for any cancellations, delays or damages in conducting the retreat resulting from unforeseen causes or events, unforeseeable, independent or superseding events beyond the Foundation’s control, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemics, hurricanes, tornadoes, natural catastrophes etc.
12. The schedule of the retreat is subject to change at the discretion of Blossom Foundation, NJ.
13. Blossom Foundation NJ reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the retreat. Participants acknowledge and agree that Blossom Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs arising from any change.
14. Blossom Foundation NJ will make best efforts to communicate any changes to the retreat.
15. There will be no pranams at the Kriya Yoga Retreat.
