TERMS AND CONDITIONS
— STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER. once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations will not be accepted.
— PAY ON OR BEFORE THE GIVEN DOP. kindly refrain from placing an order if you are unable to settle your payment by the deadline.
— A ₱20 LATE PAYMENT PER DAY will be charged for payments made after the DOP.
— NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. Please ensure you are completely certain of your order before checking out.
— Buyers who fail to pay after the DOP may be tagged as Bogus Buyers for awareness and may be restricted from future transactions.
— NO RUSH SHIPPING REQUESTS. Please refer to the master list for order updates. Buyers are responsible for monitoring the status of their own orders.
— Please send your proof of payment/receipt immediately after completing your payment for verification purposes.
— I reserve the right to decline or terminate transactions with buyers who are rude, disrespectful, or display inappropriate behavior.
— Paid orders that remain unclaimed or receive no response from the buyer within 2-3 weeks may be considered forfeited and will be resold without prior notice.
— Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, I am no longer liable for any delays, loss, damage, or mishandling during transit, as these are beyond my control.
— The estimated production period is 2–3 weeks, although this may vary depending on the total number of orders and supplier timelines.
— Orders will be sorted and packed once they arrive at my location. Any delays caused by suppliers are beyond my control. Updates regarding supplier delays will be posted using #LUVMEIL_UPDATES
