  • The Property Finder Awards celebrate the individuals and companies redefining real estate across the region.

    This year, PropTech of the Year is open to any technology company founded in MENA that is transforming the real estate industry through data, automation, financing, construction, or customer experience. If your solution is solving a real industry problem, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Please note: Submitting this application does not guarantee an invitation to pitch or to attend the Property Finder Awards gala.

    Applications will be reviewed internally, and the top six companies will be shortlisted and invited to deliver a 15-minute, in-person presentation to our judging panel.

    Only shortlisted companies will receive two invitations to attend the Property Finder Awards in Dubai this November, where the winner of PropTech of the Year will be announced live on stage.
