To complete the registration process, teachers are strongly encouraged to register themselves rather than ask parents to register independently. Teachers are in the best position to ensure that the correct event categories, repertoire, teacher information, and student pairings are entered accurately.
Please note that the registration system cannot divide fees among multiple students. Each registration requires one single payment at the time of registration. Any sharing of registration fees, billing between families, or collection of payments is the teacher's responsibility and should be handled independently of the registration process.
A separate registration form is required for each Duet/Duo entry. If a student is also entering a Solo Performance and/or Theory Exam, all events should be included on the same registration form. Duet/Duo performances will be scheduled first, followed by the solo performance and/or Theory Exam.
Payment Information: Preferred payment is via credit or debit card through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account.
If paying by check, please make it payable to AlivenArts and mail it to: AlivenArts, PO Box 8534, Cincinnati, OH 45208. Please include a copy of your registration form and email QCMF to let us know that payment is on the way.
Scheduling & Confirmation Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the location becomes full and/or does not have enough entrants, your students will be moved to a location with availabity without prior approval.
Registration Deadline: October 21, 2026. Confirmation emails will be sent approximately two weeks after the deadline.
All communication will be sent to the teacher listed on the registration form.
