Reminder:

Skaters Preliminary and above must have passed the relevant ISA test level at the close of entries.

Competitors in Aussie Skate™ categories must compete at the highest test level passed by the competition closing date and cannot enter a level lower than that which they have previously competed.

Skaters who have passed the ISA Preliminary Test but no higher, at close of entries may compete at Aussie Skate™ level provided:

 - They have not competed at Preliminary Level in competition.

In all other categories, skaters must have passed the relevant ISA test level at the close of entries.

 

All files must be submitted in MP3/M4A/WAV format using the following file naming conventions:

Aussie Skate:	AS_Category_Segment_Name_Duration
IJS Technical:	Category_Segment_Name_Duration

The following Abbreviations should be used:

Free Skate	FS
Free Dance	FD
Short Program	SP
Free Program	FP
Advanced Novice	AdvNov

Duration = XmYs where X is the number of minutes and Y is the number of seconds. No leading zeros are to be used (ie “2m3s” not “02m03s”)

The music submitted here is the music that will be played at the competition.  Please ensure that the music you are submitting here is the correct music for your competition.

On completion of your submission, you will be sent a confirmation email; this email will contain an update link which you can use to resubmit your music if it changes afterwards.  Please also note that music updates will not be accepted after the submission deadline.

You are requested to check your music submission from the link provided in the submission email.  If the music link in the email doesn't work, then this indicates the upload failed; if this happens, please use the edit link to re-upload your music.

PHONE SUBMISSION OF MUSIC IS PROBLEMATIC.

Phones often fail to properly upload the music file with the submission.  Please don't use a phone to perform this submission.

ACTISA requests that parents/guardians/families of all ACTISA Member entrants assist with the success of this competition by indicating their availability below for at least some of the time.

All ACTISA events are run entirely by volunteers, and assistance by people like yourself is essential for these events to be successful.

Volunteers are granted free entry to the rink during the sessions they are participating (a list of volunteers for each session will be provided to the rink manager).

Any offer of assistance is encouraged and welcome.

Photographs and video may be taken during the event may be use for publicity purposes.
