2026 Family Registration
Please complete this registration form for any additional family members that will be attending the Wings for All® event on September 26, 2026 at Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI). Due to limited space, up to 2 additional family members are allowed to accompany the participant to the event, but will have to wait in the gate area and will NOT be permitted to board the plane.

Participants will be boarding the aircraft at 10:30am, but we ask that you arrive at the airport at 9:00am to allow ample time to check-in and pass through security.

All participants and support persons age 18 or older must present a REAL ID-compliant driver's license, state ID, passport, or other TSA-approved identification to pass through security. If you are unsure whether your ID is compliant, visit www.tsa.gov/realid. Individuals without acceptable identification will not be able to participate in the event.

Terms and Conditions for Participating at a Wings Event:

By registering for the wings for autism program, I hereby certify and agree as follows:

1. That I am over the age of 18 and have the legal authority to register and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of myself and any person with an autism spectrum disorder or intellectual and developmental disability and/or minors included in this registration.
2. That I and the other person(s) I have registered am/are voluntarily participating in the WINGS FOR AUTISM/WINGS FOR ALL Program and that I/we understand that enrollment in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. I/we voluntarily accept all associated risks with participation in the Program and assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage and/or personal injury that may be sustained by me/us, or any loss or damage to property owned by me/us.
4. I/we hereby releaseThe Arc, the Chapter of the Arc providing the Program, and the Airport, Airline and Transportation Security Administration participants in the Program, and all their officers, directors, agents, servants, or employees from any and all liability arising out of our participation in the Program, with the exception of any liabilities arising from gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing
