Join the Gender & Work Initiative for an in-person book launch celebrating Fair Share: How Men and Women Can Create a More Gender-Fair Workplace Together.

Fair Share examines how deeply rooted workplace norms and expectations shape opportunity, advancement, and caregiving responsibilities—and why creating gender-fair workplaces requires action from both men and women.

The program will include a moderated discussion with the authors and senior leaders, exploring practical ways to build more inclusive and sustainable workplaces.

The conversation will be moderated by Brigid Schulte, Director of the New America Better Life Lab.
