2026 Cars on the Green Auto Show

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Cars on the Green auto show at Newcastle Days on September 19th with special host Lance Lambert of The Vintage Vehicle Show. Registration is FREE thanks to The Garage in Renton! The first 100 registrants get commemorative dash plaques; first 75 also receive the exclusive show t-shirt. PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH VEHICLE PARTICIPATING.
- Location: Lake Boren Park, Newcastle WA. IMPORTANT! Please use the following address in your navigation system: 7840 129th Ave SE. The show entrance is different from the main park entrance. Watch for directional signs and volunteers to guide you to the correct access point.
- Hours: The show is open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the awards ceremony taking place at 2:30 p.m. NOTE: No one will be admitted before 8:00 a.m. and please be mindful of queuing in a residential neighborhood.
- Groups: If you're participating as part of a group, please meet at an offsite location first and drive to the entrance together. There are several nearby spots with ample space for group meetups along Coal Creek Pkwy SE.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

I/we are registering for the 2026 Cars on the Green auto show being held at Newcastle Days at Lake Boren Park. I/we hearby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I/we may have or which hereafter may occur to me, as a result of participating in this activity. This release is intended to discharge in advance the City of Newcastle, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my/our participating in said activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the City of Newcastle, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents. It is further agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my/our heirs. I/we agree to indemnify and hold the City of Newcastle, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which they may incure as the result of my/our death, injury, or property damage that I/we may sustain while participating in said activity.
