ARTIST SUBMISSION FORM FOR INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN TOURING ARTISTS

Next Major Event: Edmonton International Jazz Festival - Late June 2027
Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, only those under consideration will be contacted. Please do not inquire by phone or email about the status of your submission.

International and Canadian touring acts being considered for the 2027 summer festival may be contacted as early as September 2026 and may be discussed at National routing meetings in early fall.

Emphasis is placed on programming jazz music, with jazz-adjacent genres are also being considered. Important considerations when reviewing submissions include, but are not limited to, musical excellence, regional market appeal, performer's draw, venue availability, budget, and competing programming within our festival and in the local market. Special projects like new releases or collaborations are welcomed for consideration.

If you are applying for a Canada Council grant, confirm the current grant deadlines (as they may change) and plan accordingly to avoid disappointment.
